If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your original purchase date if it meets the criteria listed below. If your purchase date has exceeded 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund OR exchange.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Your offer to purchase goods is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. This order, when accepted by Realher Products Inc. (“Realher”), is not subject to cancellation or deferment of delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

ORDER STATUS
Customers who have registered for an account with the Realher Website are able to check the status of pending orders by visiting the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may email us or call customer service. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed or emailed to you. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

Item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN
Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.  Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by Realher or products not bought online at realher.com.  To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:
Contact customer service and list the items you are returning and your order number, include photo of the products to be returned and the reasons.
We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be sent to:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable. We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 949-600-6986. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT RETAIL:
We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a retail location. All items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance to their return policies. SHIPPING
Realher accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations within the United States. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. All purchases will be made in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS
For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

BILLING
Your credit card will be billed once your order is shipped.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to states in which we have nexus.

NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not offer price adjustments on any products.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any items with a maximum purchase of $650 (not including shipping, handling and tax) per customer per order per month. Furthermore, frequent orders in a one month period of multiple units may be rejected by Realher.

FORCE MAJEURE
Realher shall not be liable for any delay or failure of performance due to conditions or events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, shortages, ordinances, rules and regulations and inability to obtain material, equipment or transportation. If Realher’s production of merchandise is curtailed or suspended, deliveries may, at Realher’s option, be cancelled or be proportionately curtailed and then, at Realher’s option, resumed upon the removal of the cause so interfering with production and continued until the entire quantity purchased hereunder has been delivered. Realher shall have the right to allocate its available supply of goods among its customers and affiliates in such manner as Realher deems fair and equitable.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
REALHER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY SUCH GOODS OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REALHER’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY COST, LOSS, DAMAGE OR OTHER POTENTIAL OR ACTUAL EXPENSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE GOODS WITH RESPECT TO WHICH ANY CLAIM IS MADE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL REALHER BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF REALHER IS INFORMED OR IS OTHERWISE AWARE OR SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEIR LIKELIHOOD.

GOVERNING LAW
All matters arising out of or relating to the purchase of goods are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of California.

SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of California in each case located in the County of Orange, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action or proceeding.

SEVERABILITY
If any term or provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
